Landlords Fees

Axebloom would like to ensure Landlords are aware of the following fees and charges that may be incurred by the Landlord before, during and after tenancy;

Commission Fees:

Letting Service	10%
Let only + rent collection	12%
Letting and full property management service	15%
Tenancy agreement fee:	£150

Commission fees are charged on the duration of the tenancy and any subsequent renewal.

Short Term Let (less than 6 months)

Letting Service	15%
Let only + rent collection	18%
Letting and full property management service	20%
Tenancy agreement fee:	£150

Additional Fees and Charges:

Deposit Registration Fee	£60
Property Inspection Fee	£25 per visit
Abortive of tenancy (prior to commencement)	1 weeks rent
Sale Of Property Fee	2%

Inventory and Check-In Inspection:

Under the Tenancy Agreement the Landlord is responsible for the cost of Inventory and check in inspection (the tenant is responsible for the charges for the check out inspection.)
