Whether you are a homeowner looking to rent your property or a Buy to Let landlord with one or more properties, Axebloom will ensure that you receive the lettings service you need.

We will ensure that we maximise the return on your investment by providing you with a rental income for the duration of your let and provide services to protect your property asset.

We offer a Let ONLY or Managed Service to cater for your needs and each service is fully adaptable.

Fees & Services

Our fee structure for both Let only and Management is clear and contains no hidden extra costs. You will be provided with statement and breakdown of account in all circumstances and where applicable a monthly forecast for future payments in order to help you budget your own accounts.

Our LET ONLY service includes:

• Marketing your property in order for you to achieve maximum income
• Finding you a suitable tenant
• Taking up references and credit checks
• Drawing up a Tenancy Agreement
• Inventory services (If required)
• Arranging gas safety certificate
• Arranging EPC (if required)
• Arranging start of tenancy cleaning (if required)

Our MANAGED service includes all the above services with the addition of:

• Collecting the rent and accounting to you monthly
• Making regular inspections of the property and advise you that all is in order
• Advising on any repairs that are necessary
• Arranging routine repairs and maintenance work (once approved)
• Holding of the Tenants deposit (if required)
• Ensuring the Tenants deposit is registered in a government-accredited scheme.
• Ensuring utilities are transferred into tenants name and paid by the tenant
• Supervising renewals in order to avoid gap periods in tenancy
• Communicating between tenants and property owners to ensure issues are resolved.
